LOCATION: Rensselaer is located approximately 100 miles south of Chicago, IL and 100 miles North of Indiananapolis, IN with easy access to I-65.The City of Rensselaer extends to the 215 Exit of I-65. We are a well traveled area, having two state highways 114 and 231 with access to rail service and the Japser County Airport. The airports website can be seen at jaspercountyairport.com

FAIRGROUNDS: This area is located on the west side of Rensselaer. It is surrounded by the Jasper County Airport, several fast food restaurants and two hotels. This area has experienced rapid growth since it now has all City of Rensselaer Utilities and is shovel ready. It is directly east of the 215 mile marker exit on I-65. It has 69.506 acres of propery that is currently agricultural ground but is also classified as Zone I1 (Light Industrial) which makes it ideal for future growth. The area is pictured below.
