SCHMIDY'S PIZZA PALACE READY FOR YOUR BUSINESS
The City of Rensselaer and the Rensselaer Chamber of Commerce welcomed Schmidy's Pizza Palace to Rensselaer on Wednesday, March 13, 2012 by having a ribbon cutting ceremony. The Schmid Family comes from Gilman, Illinois where they owned and operated the Pizza Palace for over 30 years. The Schmid Family is very familiar with the City of Rensselaer through their son, Brandt Schmid. Brandt is a former Saint Joseph's College Student who graduated and is now employed as a police officer with the City of Rensselaer Police Department.
Schmidy's Pizza Palace offers a delicious menu of Pizza, Ribs, Sandwiches, Salads, Pasta, Wings and Appetizers. They are located at 1451 N McKinley Avenue in Rensselaer and can be reached at 219-866-4001. They offer Carry-Out, Delivery, Dine-In or Drive-thru options.
Their hours of operation are closed on Monday's. They offer lunch hours on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 11:00am-2:00pm and dinner hours from 4:00pm-9:00pm Tuesday thru Thursday; Friday and Saturday dinner hours are 4:00pm-10:00pm and Sunday dinner hours from 4:00pm-8:00pm.
